π’β¨ Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
π― Key Responsibilities:
- Appoint and manage Retailers, Agents, and Distributors in the assigned region.
- Promote NearPointβs services: AEPS, Money Transfer, Recharge, PAN Card, Loan Services.
- Achieve monthly GTV (Gross Transaction Value) targets.
- Train, guide, and motivate retailers for increasing transactions.
- Ensure field visits and maintain strong retailer relationships.
- Monitor daily performance and drive business growth.
β Required Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Excellent network-building and client relationship skills.
- Knowledge of Banking, Digital Payments, AEPS & DMT services preferred.
- Goal-oriented with high energy for field operations.
